The concept design for the conversion of these two detached homes had already been done. We were employed to complete the working drawings and to compile the documentation to obtain the building permit.

Our clients were owner builders with the wife as Project Manager and styling the interiors. We acted as a sounding board for her ideas and helped with any details as required.
